If you love caramelized onion rings, you absolutely need this recipe in your life. These Air Fryer bacon-wrapped onion rings sound and taste amazing! This recipe will not only satisfied your craving but is also low carb, perfect for that bunless burger.
Slice the onions into ⅔ inch rings. Reserve the small inside rings for other recipes; you want large rings that are easy to wrap in bacon. Some rings may be small enough to use ½ slice of bacon.
Brush hollandaise over the onion slices. Wrap each onion slice tightly in bacon and use a toothpick to hold in place. Place into the air fryer basket.
Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 10 minutes.
When cooked bacon will be crispy. Serve with desired dipping sauce.
