Forget about oily and expensive banana cake and make your own at home. The moist, dense texture of this banana cake classic is just amazing and is all thanks to your air fryer. Enjoy with a cup of tea for breakfast or as an afternoon snack!
In a large bowl, mix flour, erythritol, flaxseed, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Stir in butter, banana extract, vanilla extract, and nonfat yogurt
Add eggs to the mixture and gently stir until fully combined. Stir in the walnuts.
Pour into 6" nonstick cake pan and place into the air fryer basket.
Adjust the temperature to 300°F and set the timer for 25 minutes.
Cake will be golden and a toothpick inserted in center will come out clean when fully cooked. Allow to fully cool to avoid crumbling.
