Just because you are following a low carb diet doesn't mean you can't have beef jerky, just make your own healthier version. Now you can make tasty and yummy beef jerky in your air fryer minus all the sugar.

 1 lb flat iron beef, thinly sliced
 ¼ cup reduced sodium soy sauce
 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
 1 tsp red cayenne pepper
 ¼ tsp garlic powder
 ¼ tsp onion powder

Place all ingredients into a plastic storage bag or covered container and marinate 2 hours in refrigerator.

Place each slice of jerky on the air fryer rack in a single layer.

Adjust the temperature to 160°F and set the timer for 4 hours

Cool and store in airtight container up to 1 week.
