 1 tsp ground thyme
 1 tsp cumin
 ½ tsp cayenne pepper
 ½ tsp onion powder
 ½ tsp black pepper
 ¼ tsp salt
 2 tsp avocado oil
 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
 ¼ cup ranch dressing

In a small bowl, combine all seasonings.

Drizzle avocado oil over chicken and then generously coat each tender in the spice mixture. Place tenders into the air fryer basket.

Adjust the temperature to 375°F and set the timer for 20 minutes.

Tenders will be 165°F internally when fully cooked. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
