 1 lb ground chicken thigh meat
  cup baby spinach leaves
  cup low-fat cottage cheese
 ¼ tsp onion powder
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ½ oz pork rinds, finely ground
 1 oz feta cheese, crumbled

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Roll into 2" balls and place into the air fryer basket, working in batches if needed.

Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 12 minutes.

When done, internal temperature will be 165°F. Serve immediately.
