Keto Air Fryer Cilantro Lime Baked Salmon

 ¼ cup sliced pickled jalapeños
 2 salmon fillets
 kosher salt
 Freshly ground black pepper
 2 tbsp butter
 2 cloves garlic, minced
 1 tsp chili powder
 2 tbsp chopped cilantro

Place salmon fillets into a 6" round baking pan. Brush each with butter and sprinkle with chili powder, salt, pepper and garlic.


Place jalapeño slices on top and around salmon. Pour half of the lime juice over the salmon and cover with foil. Place pan into the air fryer basket.


Adjust the temperature to 370°F and set the timer for 12 minutes.


When fully cooked, salmon should flake easily with a fork and reach an internal temperature of at least 145°F.


To serve, spritz with remaining lime juice and garnish with cilantro.
