 1 large egg
 2 tbsp coconut flour
 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
 ¼ tsp baking powder
 2 tbsp coconut cream or heavy cream, at room temperature
 6 drops vanilla stevia or coconut stevia
 ¼ tsp vanilla extract
 1 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut for garnish

In a 4" ramekin, whisk egg, then add remaining ingredients. Stir until smooth. Place into the air fryer basket.

Adjust the temperature to 300°F and set the timer for 25 minutes. When done a toothpick should come out clean.

Garnish with shredded coconut as desired. Enjoy right out of the ramekin with a spoon. Serve warm.
