A yummy rich low carb chocolate lava cake with a gooey centre can come to life with just a few ingredients and your air fryer. You might think making a cake is difficult and that it takes a lot of work but you'll be amazed at how simple it actually is.
1 egg
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp water
⅛ tsp stevia
1 tbsp golden flax meal
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
½ tsp baking powder
1 dash of vanilla powder
1 pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients in a two-cup glass ramekin.

Preheat air fryer at 350° for just a minute.

Carefully remove dish with an oven mitt.

Let cool for a few minutes and then enjoy!
