 2 tbsp olive oil
 1 tsp Dijon mustard
 1 tsp garlic, minced
 ¼ tsp salt
  tsp ground black pepper
 4 skin-on, bone-in chicken thighs
 ¼ cup chopped parsley
 cherry tomatoes, half

Mix lemon juice, olive oil, dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.

Pour this mixture over chicken and marinate for 2 hours.

Preheat an air fryer to 360 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place chicken pieces in the air fryer basket.

Fry for about 22 to 24 minutes until chicken is no longer pink. Squeeze a lemon wedge over each piece and roll in parsley.
