Take your meatballs game to the next level with this delicious Mozzarella stuffed meatballs recipe and let your air fryer do the work. It will surely be a hit with your family and kids of all ages will be asking for more.
Line the fryer basket with grill mat or a lightly greased aluminum foil.
Mix all the ingredients together, except mozzarella cheese. Scoop about 2 Tablespoon of the meat mixture and wrap one pieces of the cheese in the middle to form a ball. Place the meatballs inside the air fryer.
Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 15 minutes. Meatballs will be slightly crispy on the outside and fully cooked when at least 180°F internally.
Take a pot to heat the marinara sauce. When the meatballs are done, simmer the meatballs in the sauce for a few minutes. Serve warm.
