Keto Air Fryer Oversized BBQ Meatballs

 1 lb ground beef
 ½ cup soft or dry gluten-free bread crumbs
 ½ cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk
 1 egg
 1 tsp chili powder
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp onion powder
 ½ tsp salt
 ¼ tsp pepper
 Avocado oil
BBQ Sauce
 1 cup ketchup
 2 tbsp evaporated cane sugar or honey
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp onion powder
 ¼ tsp liquid smoke

In a large bowl, combine all the meatball ingredients together. Using a stand mixer is the easiest way to mix this or can be done by hand.

Use a cookie scoop to make meatballs a little over 1 inch in diameter. Place in meatballs in basket of air fryer.

Spritz the meatballs with avocado oil or olive oil. Cook in air fryer at 350° for 10 minutes.

While the meatballs are cooking combine the BBQ sauce ingredients.

Spoon BBQ sauce liberally over each meatball and cook for 5 more minutes.
