 1 cup pecan halves raw
 ¼ cup ghee
 1 large egg white
 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
 ½ tsp cinnamon
 ½ tsp vanilla extract
 ½ tbsp coconut oil
 salt to flavor

Toss all ingredients in a large bowl until pecans are coated. Place into the air fryer basket.

Adjust the temperature to 300°F and set the timer for 6 minutes.

Toss two to three times during cooking.

Allow to cool completely. Store in an airtight container up to 3 days.
