In the mood for a good spinach artichoke dip? No worries, this creamy and yummy recipe is filled with spinach, artichoke and a cheesy, gooey sauce. Best of all is keto-approved and you can make it right in your air fryer!
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
10 oz fresh spinach (or frozen thawed, drained, excess moisture squeezed)
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
14 oz can quartered artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
4 oz cream cheese
4 oz fresh mozzarella, shredded or thinly sliced
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 splashes hot sauce

Mix all ingredients in a 4-cup baking bowl. Place into the air fryer basket.

Adjust the temperature to 320°F and set the timer for 10 minutes.

Remove when brown and bubbling.
