 8 oz button mushrooms
 1 tbsp soy sauce
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 tbsp maple syrup
 4 cloves fresh garlic
 4 cups diced butternut squash
 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
 ¼ cup dried cranberries
 extra green onion for garnish
