 1 block extra firm tofu pressed and cut into 1
 1 tsp garlic powder
For the Kale and Corn
 1 cup fresh or frozen corn kernels
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tbsp olive oil
 2 tsp seasoned rice vinegar
 4 cups chopped kale
